Job description:
- Managing a sales team and developing IT services and product sales policy (migration to Amazon Web Services cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, Cybersecurity, MLOps)
- Implementation of sales plans taking into account product groups.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with suppliers of solutions offered by the Company.
- Acquiring new customers, building and maintaining good relationships with existing customers.
- Gaining and maintaining regular contacts with customers from the large and medium enterprises sector, throughout Europe
- Negotiating IT service contracts and agreements
- Working on acquiring new customers in cooperation with the Marketing team
- Analyzing customer/market needs, defining requirements and creating new ideas to increase sales,
- Product consultancy and subject matter support for customers.
- Managing and developing the sales team
- Representing the company in Poland and Europe (participation in presentations, fairs, trainings, conferences)
Desired skills & experience:
- At least 4 years of experience in a position related to the sale of advanced services or IT solutions (e.g. software development, Test Factory, services: DevOps, IT infrastructure and security, BI/DWH & Big Data, RPA, business-system analysis)
- Willingness to travel for business and have direct contact with customers.
- Ability to collaborate with project managers, IT architects and presales engineers.
- Striving to achieve business goals
- Ability to strategically plan sales
- Knowledge of business processes, especially in the area of IT solutions
- English at least C1 level (allowing for fluent communication with English-speaking customers and partners).
- Experience in working with international customers, including people in higher managerial positions
- Independence and very good organization of own work
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Driving license category B.
