The Key Responsibilites:
- Actively sell recruitment services in the Polish and international markets.
- Ensure high-quality recruitment processes.
- Eventually, build and lead your own team of recruiters.
- All other tasks are means to achieve results.
Requirements:
- Strong desire to develop in B2B sales, no prior experience required, but the right attitude is a must.
- "Can-do" approach - always seeking new solutions.
- Openness to communicate with people in various positions - from HR professionals to CTOs.
- Proficiency in English (and/or German) at a minimum B2 level.
