Job description:
- Participate in daily meetings with the relevant teams in company and with customers
- Work with customers to define and understand requirements and use cases
- Design services and integrations to fulfill customer needs
- Provide Feature Requests and bugs to R&D
- Participate in the planning of new features and provide developers understanding how customers will use them
- Estimate customer requests
- Documentation about customer specific implementations and adjustments both internally and externally as Professional Services assignment
- Perform customer specific trainings as Professional Services assignment
- Perform trainings within company Training program for customers
- Planning and performing system integrations with other OSS and BSS systems
- Independent management and execution of customer projects
- Time reporting on assignments for invoicing purpose
- Actively work to increase interaction with our customers, both current and new ones
- Actively interact with all other organizational parts within company to foster a team culture in aspect of learning and educating each other
- Work closely with all possible stakeholders within the company to help increase customers satisfaction and company sales
- Solution design
- Broadband/datacom topologies, technologies, and Switching/Routing (MPLS, Ethernet, IP, PON, xDSL etc)
- Structured work methodology
Desired skills & experience:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Tech, or similar
- 3 years (minimum) experience within similar organization
- Significant experience within the relevant technical area (Network/FTTH/BSS etc)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Software (Excel , Word, PowerPoint and others)
- Networking (IP, Ethernet, MPLS, PON, xDSL etc)
- Experience from within the industry in similar roles
- Good at presenting and explaining complex, technical concepts, and scenarios
- Good verbal-, and writing skills in English
- Good communication and networking skills
- Inter-personal skills with positive mindset
- High integrity
- Strategic and analytical capabilities
- Quick learner with a structured approach
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
- Service-minded and deliver according to commitments made
