Job description:
- Agree timescales for deployment
- Liaise with client to confirm configuration
- Own number porting process
- Checking services and ownership of lines
- Direct liaison with Vendors
- Management of technical deployment tasks
- Follow up with third parties
- Responsible for document management and handover process to Tech Support Teams
- Act as SPoC for client until sign off and handover to support
- Post deployment follow up with client
- Regular reporting on project activities
Job requirements:
- At least 1 year in a similar project management/ coordination role
- Has relevant/ currently studying for relevant project management certification
- Fluent in English
- Credible, Passionate and dynamic
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Client focussed/ excellent relationship builder
- Resilient and determined
- Problem solver
- Organized and methodical
- Culturally sensitive
