Key duties:
- Model Agility Master (e. g. Scrum Master) responsibilities for coaching teams,
- Develop agile mindset in whole STC Warsaw organization,
- Share successes and struggles with other Agility Masters and Agile Coaches & Trainers to facilitate learning,
- Develop collaboration with internal Partners
- Coach teams, stakeholders, Agility Masters, Product Owners and Leaders,
- Help to implement and improve Lean and Agile practices tailored to the needs of the team
- Drive agile and lean change,
- Proactively identify and raise risks,
- Enable teams to remove impediments,
- Remain current on Agile and Lean practices,
- Deliver training classes for product owners, teams, and executive leadership to promote and improve agility,
- Capture feedback and continuously improves Agile and Lean guidance, training materials and content.
Desired skills & experience:
- Academic Degree in Engineering, Informatics, Management or similar fields of study,
- At least 4-5 years of experience in Agile and Lean coaching and training for different target groups in an organization (leaders, teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners),
- At least 8-9 years of experience as Agile and Lean practitioner, also with scaling Agile to large teams,
- Consolidated knowledge and application of agile and lean frameworks (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, Flight Levels, LeSS, SAFe ) for teams of different sizes,
- Knowledge and experience in typical agile and lean tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, MIRO, ),
- Knowledge and experience in identifying and applying OKR,
- Deep understanding of Agile mindset and Lean thinking,
- Fluency in Polish & English
- Good problem solver in a collaborative way,
- Ability to adapt to and moderate different contexts, teams and clients,
- Strong communication skills,
- Business mindset,
- Ability to think out of the box and create multidisciplinary solutions,
- Creative, proactive, empathic & self-reflected team player with critical thinking,
- Ability to work in multicultural projects and environments,
- Dedicated, innovative, resourceful, analytical and able to work under pressure,
- Forward thinker and self-starter.
