The Key Responsibilites:
- Defining and implementing operational processes internally, both in dealing with customers and throughout the supply chain
- Developing ways to improve consistency, efficiency and profitability
- Collaborate with other members of the management team to help define operational responsibilities and agree on goals, outcomes and milestones
- Setting priorities and cascading strategic decisions at the operational level and in terms of assumed tasks and milestones
- Appropriate resource management to achieve specific short- and long-term goals
- Organization and coordination of information exchange processes and cooperation between key departments: product development, sales, marketing, customer success, implementation
- Evaluate the performance of all functions and collaborate with managers to increase performance by analyzing and interpreting data and indicators
- Developing a sustainable but results-oriented culture
- Supporting and active participation in the fundraising process
Desired skills & experience:
- Proven experience as a manager / head of a department in a dynamically developing startup / scaleup
- Being an entrepreneur and activist
- Experience in managing a technology startup or scaleup
- Analytical mind, the ability to work and base thinking on data, drawing appropriate conclusions from it and using it in achieving key organizational goals
- Communicative and developed art of persuasion
- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills
- Technological knowledge and passion for innovation
- Good knowledge of digital products, marketing (especially online) and sales
- Honesty, motivation to act
