Tasks:
- Setup a service for tools used by IT (JIRA , Confluence, GitLab, Tosca, Balsamiq, Enterprise Architect, SonarQube)
- Take over responsibility for delivery of mentioned tools to IT teams
- Start with JIRA and Confluence and add new tools to the scope
- Build support team as scope of supported tools grows
Requirements:
- Over 2-3 years of working experience in the area of ITSM and in-depth knowledge of the processes of service management (ITIL).
- Proven experience in the area of ITSM and in-depth knowledge of the processes of service management (ITIL)
- Hands on experience in setup and administration of JIRA, Confluence
- Experience with tools like: GitLab, Tosca, Balsamiq, Enterprise Architect, SonarQube, or others would be an asset
- Strong leadership skills, intercultural competence, global mindset, strong communication skills, solution orientation
- Fluent English language
