Job description:
- Support in analyzing requirements, developing specifications and designing innovative solutions to business problems
- Maintaining ServiceNow support processes and checks that all requests for support are dealt with according to agreed procedures
- Development, configuration and improvement of workflows and processes
- Performing day to day support, administration and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform
- Performing failure analysis and provides recommendations for continuous improvement
- Investigating and resolving issues (2,4 level support) including performance monitoring
- Prioritizing and diagnoses incidents according to agreed procedures Documents and closes resolved tickets according to agreed procedures
- Escalating unresolved incidents
- Providing "Go Lives support after introduction of new solutions
- Using his/her experience in ITIL processes to manage interfaces
- Writing knowledge articles and supports end users by answering questions and providing basic training on applications, policies and procedures
- Developing clear and concise technical and process documentation
- Supporting multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paces environment
Desired skills & experience:
- Minimum 1+ year of ServiceNow configuration, administration and, potentially, development experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Computer Science or another related field Certifications: ServiceNow System Administrator, ITIL
- Foundation Experience with scripting in ServiceNow ITSM experience and knowledge
- Excellent understanding of all the ITSM and related services
- Fluent in English language skills (verbal & written)
