Key duties:
- Support the Programme & Project Manager (PM), delivering to agreed Project Plan timescales.
- Supporting the PM as required with SteerCo level meeting minutes and GTS Governance documentation (project Initiation, Definition, Close and Change Request documentation and RAID logs etc)
- Requirements Analysis and Professional Documentation
- Maintain regular progress meetings, manage relationships and continuity with the projects developers and 3rd party representatives. The BA will be expected to light touch" manage the developers daily work schedule
- Support development of change management plans, including training and communications
- Process Mapping - including documentation of current state and future state
- Collaboration with Business SME's, Developers, Testers on requirements, design, development and testing
- Support planning, scheduling and identifying resource requirements if applicable (IT and business SMEs)
- Ensure that operational risks and issues are considered and reported during the design, development and implementation
- Responsibilities may vary within the range of tasks and activities described, with specific objectives being set, documented and reviewed by the Programme or Project Manager
- Support the Program transition to Business as Usual and Operational Support
Requirements:
- Degree in business, accounting, property management or technology.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of related financial and/ or property management experience.
- Project Management & Business Analyst qualifications (Prince 2, AGILE, ITIL, Lean Six Sigma etc) or able to give examples of how such methodologies have been used by the candidate in the past if not officially qualified.
- Willingness to be based in Poland (Warsaw) for approximately 1 year with occasional travel to the UK, Germany and The Netherlands (1-2/month)
- Proven lessons learnt" experience in the deployment of at least one Reporting solution and the associated project life cycle
- Confident enough to say I don't know or do not understand but will go away and find the answer"
- Advanced / Native English speaker
