Key duties:
- analysis of post-sales processes for mortgage loans
- gathering and refining business requirements
- process modeling BPMN and/or UML
- preparation of analytical documentation (BRD / user stories)
- collaboration with business, IT, and operational teams of the bank
- supporting the development team in interpreting requirements
- participation in testing and verification of implemented changes
Job requirements:
- experience as a business analyst in banking - minimum 2 years in a similar position
- knowledge of post-sales processes for mortgage loans
- experience in analyzing business processes
- ability to model processes - eg. BPMN
- project work experience - Agile or Scrum is a plus
