Job description:
- Managing and developing a development team (potentially also DevOps in the future), including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee evaluations.
- Organizing team work to ensure their highest efficiency and motivate team members to achieve company goals.
- Expanding and maintaining algorithmic trading systems in the cryptocurrency market.
- Close collaboration with Quants and Trading teams to optimize existing and create new technological solutions.
- Developing and implementing the project's technological strategy.
- Monitoring and implementing modern technologies, including AI solutions.
- Responsibility for security, compliance, and the technological budget.
Desired skills & experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in CTO, Head of Technology, or Head of Development positions.
- Experience in managing large development teams (20+ people).
- Strong technical skills in backend (Java or C++ preferred).
- Knowledge of modern IT tools and trends, openness to implementing AI solutions.
- Ability to create and implement technological strategies.
- Analytical thinking and ability to make strategic decisions.
- Higher education in a technical/information technology field.
- Fluent English in speech and writing.
