Tasks:
- Internal system support - entering purchase invoices and recording employees" working hours
- Creating summaries and reports based on data from the system
- Contact with the Tax Office and Social Insurance Institution
- Drafting official letters
- Organizing business trips: preparing delegations, booking hotels, purchasing vignettes
- Coordinating technical inspections of company cars
- Preparing the company car for trips (fueling, cleanliness)
- Operating the telephone switchboard and handling incoming and outgoing correspondence in Polish and English
- Cooperation with external companies
- Office purchases and maintaining order and aesthetics in the office space
- Preparing content for publication on social media (LinkedIn, Facebook)
- Updating content on the website in the "News" section
- Welcoming guests visiting the company
- Supporting the Office Manager in daily administrative tasks
Desired skills & experience:
- Proficiency in English at B2 level (both spoken and written)
- Active driving license category B
- Ability to operate office equipment
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Very good knowledge of MS Office suite (especially Word and Excel)
- Independence, accuracy, and good work organization
