Job description:
- Maintenance and ongoing administration of server and network environments
- Monitoring IT infrastructure and implementing improvements
- Creating and updating technical documentation
- User support and troubleshooting technical issues (2nd line support)
- Administering Microsoft 365 services and related tools
- Participating in creating and implementing backup procedures and data recovery
- Collaborating with the IT team and sharing knowledge with less experienced employees
Requirements:
- Technical education or practical experience in working with IT infrastructure
- Experience in system and network administration
- Good knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, and O365 systems
- Basic knowledge of Linux systems
- Understanding of LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi network concepts
- Basics of cloud administration (Azure or AWS - one is sufficient)
- Ability to read technical documentation in English (minimum level B1-B2)
