Responsibilites:
- Joining a 9-person support team in Warsaw and starting work among about 25 office employees
- Departure to Headquarters to Sweden, to Stockholm for an appropriate training in the Support, R & D and Engineering department
- Work with external clients from the telecom industry
- Receiving and registering tickets from clients from around the world
- Professional technical support for international clients, writing reports, solving current problems
- Work at regular hours
- Throughout the year, about 3-4 weeks of work in the 24/7 mode
- Ready to work maximum 2-3x a month for night shifts
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience on a similar position in telecom industry
- Oracle DB, within the context of telecommunication systems
- Oracle troubleshooting & tuning
- Oracle storage, for example ASM systems
- Experience of installing and upgrading Oracle databases
- Working experience with Oracle 12.1 and later Oracle versions
- Unix/Linux based systems
- OCS/Prepaid Systems or VAS systems (such as SMSC, MMSC, USSD, WAP GW, IVR, Voice Mail, Collect Call etc.)
- Fluency in English (both spoken and written)
- Positive attitude
- Good work organization
