Responsibilites:
- Software Installation, Integration and Commissioning: Responsible for the proper installation, integration and commissioning of software systems in projects related to radio and IT systems. These activities can be performed both remotely and on-site.
- Supplier and Subcontractor Support and Monitoring: Engaging in the support and monitoring of suppliers and subcontractors involved in construction to ensure all sub-components are properly integrated into the overall system and ensure smooth operation.
- Bug Detection, Repair, Maintenance and Network Integration: Responsible for performing bug detection, repair, regular maintenance and network integration activities to ensure continued functionality of systems.
- Documentation and Maintenance of Results: Maintaining integration, compatibility and system test results in project documentation and implementation tools to ensure comprehensive and accurate project documentation.
Job requirements:
- At least 3 years of professional experience
- Several years of experience in areas such as telecommunications, data centers, system implementation or customer service
- German: At least fluent in speaking and writing
- English: At least proficient in speaking and writing
- Experience with configuration, integration and migration on-site or remote
- Experience using Jira & Confluence tools
- Basic knowledge in areas such as Tetra, server virtualization (HP), IT networks (ARISTA), IT firewalls (Stormshield) preferred
- Technical knowledge of the operation and application of IT systems
- Some knowledge of Linux operating systems
- Knowledge of configuring IT components such as servers, routers, firewalls and Layer 2 encryption
- Good communication skills
- The ability to integrate into a team
- High level of responsibility, resilience and organizational talent
- Class B driving license and willingness to travel throughout Germany
