Responsibilites:
- Collecting requirements from customers about purchase orders
- Presenting collected requirements to technical team
- Specifying customer needs and expectations
- Taking care of customer experience
- Updating and creating documentation
Job requirements:
- Excellent planning and organization skills
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English (B2/C1 or above)
- Extensive domain knowledge in networking, Wi-Fi and residential gateway services
- Educaton in computer science or related discipline or equivalent experience
- Experience with Linux
