Responsibilites:
- Reviews and validates requirements, user stories and other business documentation
- Takes active part in refinements
- Develops and executes test plans
- Creates detailed test cases based on requirements
- Executes manual testing
- Documents results
- Collaborates with the development team on bug fix verification and validation
- Executes regression testing, smoke testing
- Shares knowledge with others e.g. onboarding of new testers
Job requirements:
- 2+ years quality assurance experience
- Familiarity with Agile Software Development Frameworks (e.g. SCRUM)
- Experience with web-based application testing and integration testing between applications
- Team player
- Thorough working knowledge of software testing methodologies,tools, best practices and the testing life cycle
