Responsibilites:
- Administrating and supervising SAP-based platform (SuccessFactors, SAP payroll, WFS) configuration in order to maintain consistency and effectiveness of operations
- Delivering second-line support for users via detecting and resolving problems or handing it over to external vendor
- Managing IT documentation related to SAP system and related operations
- Monitoring operations as well as emerging needs and possibilities related to SAP
- Collaborating with business users to recognize their needs
- Preparing and collecting specifications related to assigned projects
- Coordinating all phases concerning implementing development works related to SAP, including activities of vendors involved
- Coordinating maintenance and development tasks across several IT Testing delivered solutions and gives feedback to contractors
Job requirements:
- Experience in similar area
- Advanced knowledge of SAP HR module
- Basic SAP Payroll configuration and analysis skills (advanced will be really welcome)
- Basic knowledge of labor law regulations (e.g. personal data)
- Experience in working with complex and integrated systems
- SQL skills with good understanding of DBMS's
- Knowledge and experience in programming language ABAP and BASIC
- English -advanced
- University degree (IT or related)
- SAP HR certification would be desired
- Client orientation and problem solving skills
