Key duties:
- Preparation of sales presentations for clients and participation in sales meetings (presenting the system)
- Developing a network of relationships with high-level decision-makers with significant influence on decisions, in order to build influence on the choice of solution by solving problems, blockers, and implementing new ideas into the solution.
- Utilizing industry experience to align customer needs and ideas with resources and solutions that support customer success
- Managing collaboration with the client's business stakeholders and the company"s team to gather customer requirements, identify operational problems (pain points), and business KPIs.
- Leading the creation of the company's solution architecture based on knowledge from previous/current projects, understanding competitors" solutions, and driving customer business value through the company"s offering
- Participating in creating the architecture description document, architecture decision matrix, and requirements and constraints matrix to ensure and justify that the business solution architecture is known and understood.
- Creating solution pricing based on the solution architecture
- Leading the allocated company team in processes such as gathering requirements and needs (Prescoping), PoC, creating solution architecture (DDA)
- Managing DEMO environments
- Participating in industry conferences, partner meetings as a speaker
- Collaboration and development of partnerships with ecosystem partners expanding ERP solution offerings
- Supporting sales development in foreign markets
- Substantive and expert support for marketing activities
Desired skills & experience:
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience working with ERP systems (cloud-based systems are a plus)
- Knowledge of the sales process
- Broad knowledge of issues related to the functioning and business processes occurring in the company
- High level of interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer orientation
- Proficiency in English at least at B2 level
- Openness to personal development and building the image of an expert within a dedicated ERP product and certification path
