The Key Responsibilites:
- Implementation of sales strategy
- Coordinating sales activities, developing and mentoring the team
- Managing internal sales team - implementing, KPIs, overseeing documentation, and conducting regular meetings with team members to provide them with constructive feedback on their results.
- Recruiting and onboarding new team members
Requirements:
- Experience in team management and sales
- Fluent in German and proficiency in English at least B2 level
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and Sales Force
- Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of customer needs
