Job description:
- Developing and implementing project plans
- Monitoring, coordinating and reporting on project results, (identifying any issues and proposing necessary solutions)
- Managing project resources and ensuring optimal production capacity and availability
- Introducing improvements in projects
- Actively identifying potential challenges and implementing risk mitigation strategies
- Managing the financial aspects of projects, including budgeting, cost control and managing software licenses and subscriptions
- Facilitating communication between project stakeholders, informing them of progress and responding to their needs
- Ensuring project timeliness
- Supervising and supporting members of the project team
- Conducting post-project assessment to identify areas for future improvement
Desired skills & experience:
- At least 8 years of experience in project management (preferred IT and Finance industry)
- Ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget (preferably documented)
- Experience in managing projects in classic model, Agile, Scrum or other project management methodologies
