Key duties:
- Establish a robust and reliable relationship with business, understanding their operational and tactical needs;
- Validate and prioritize incoming business demand to build up a change request pipeline, bundled into change or project requests which are handed over to service delivery;
- Manage supplier relationship and services covering SW license management and service delivery, including solution proposal analysis, effort estimations and delivery against business demand;
- Coordinate the planning of project budget and accordingly communicate project related metrics such as cost and performance respectively activities status to business stakeholders;
- Ensure that the project being provided meet business requirements by reviewing, analyzing and requesting modifications to domain solutions in close collaboration with Domain and Solution Architects;
- Propose Service Level Agreements and corresponding service monitoring & controlling metrics for services and solutions with steering committees;
- Support the planning and execution of the transition phase from technical deployment and business go-live to regular operations;
- Responsible for maintaining a stakeholder communication matrix to publish alerts, news and announcements;
- Lead major incident & critical situation resolution incl. stakeholder communication (project, business, delivery, service desk);
- Cooperate and collaborate with Project Managers across domains to optimize the project delivery experience towards business;
- Manage Service onboarding and transition of operations to group solution covering all aspects of IS Services delivery, e.g. covering infrastructure consolidation & improvements against capacity plan, license management, set up support and operations with required OLAs and contracts.
Job requirements:
- Master's in technical or business discipline, or equivalent experience;
- IT Professional with 4-5yrs+ experience, demonstrated experience in successfully running global services and/or projects;
- Fluent spoken and written English;
- Team leadership and good facilitation and consensus building skills required;
- Good working knowledge of infrastructure, application architecture and platforms/process integration;
- Experience working in a multi-national organization and having good cultural sensitivity awareness;
- Experience problem solving with stakeholders on various levels (executives included);
- Thorough knowledge of IT service management concepts (ITIL);
- PMP, Prince2 or equivalent will be a plus; Experience and/or knowledge of Human Resources projects/services/processes
- Experience and/or knowledge of cloud solutions and software as a service model implementation
