Tasks:
- Coordination and supervision of the work of the IT administrators team responsible for managing computers, software, licensing, SPLA, VCSP, Active Directory, VMware virtualization, MS Hyper-V, OLVM, Windows and Linux systems, containerization systems, as well as mail systems and IT security.
- Ensuring effective work organization and continuous team development by building knowledge base and initiating actions to enhance the competencies of IT team members.
- Managing virtualization platforms and operating systems, including monitoring, configuration, and maintaining a stable VMware and OLVM virtualization environment, as well as Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Optimization of existing systems and processes considering ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 requirements, ensuring the security and performance of IT infrastructure. It also includes active participation in periodic ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 audits, full responsibility for the scope related to IT maintenance and support during audits.
- Making decisions related to maintaining operational continuity, responding to failures, planning and implementing preventive solutions, and optimizing system performance.
- Close collaboration with other departments in the Data Center Department and company departments to ensure effective system operation and technical issue resolution.
- Supervision of timely handling of user requests, ensuring fast and effective user support, as well as timely handling of requests and incidents.
Requirements:
- Experience in managing an IT team and in designing and maintaining IT infrastructure.
- Developed leadership skills, willingness to further educate in this area.
- Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux), virtualization platforms (MS Hyper-V, VMware, OLVM), and management tools (Active Directory, SPLA, VCSP).
- Knowledge of network and operating system security.
- Practical knowledge of IT security and ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 standards.
- Ability to work under time pressure, make quick decisions, and excellent communication skills.
- Higher technical education related to IT or related fields.
- Proficiency in English enabling communication with partners and reading technical documentation.
- Category B driving license.
