Key duties:
- Creation from scratch and development of a new branch in the company
- Organizing activities in the field of international and domestic freight forwarding with the implementation of procedures
- Managing a team and taking care of its constant development, coordinating work
- Conducting market analysis taking into account the actions of competitors
- Monitoring transport documentation
- Cost optimization
- Reporting, implementing and supervising implemented projects
Desired skills & experience:
- Experience in the position of International Freight Forwarder and Leader
- Experience in team management
- Good knowledge of English language (B1+)
- Easiness in contacts with others :)
- Knowledge of procedures in the field of international transport
- Independence in making decisions
- Willingness to develop and quick reaction to the situation of changing transport market
- Ability to set and prioritize tasks (you will be performing many tasks in limited time)
