Responsibilites:
- Creating and updating training materials using Microsoft 365 tools:
- Loop, Planner, Lists, Stream, Bookings, To Do
- Editing video and audio materials:
- improving transitions, sound correction, animations
- Graphic design:
- creating infographics, banners, icons, and marketing materials
- Managing educational content in SharePoint, Viva Learning, and other intranet environments
- Collaborating with teams and stakeholders to align training and communication needs
- Ensuring compliance with information security policies
Job requirements:
- Current NATO SECRET security clearance
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 environment (Loop, Planner, Lists, Stream, Bookings, To Do)
- Ability to work with video and audio editing tools:
- Adobe Premiere, Camtasia, Adobe Audition
- Experience in graphic design using:
- Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Canva
- Familiarity with SharePoint and Viva Learning (or similar platforms)
- Ability to collaborate in project teams and with internal clients
- Skill in managing priorities and organizing content in complex organizational environments
