The Key Responsibilites:
- Supplier panel search (sourcing)
- Tender management
- Negotiating contracts, terms and rates
- Supplier relationship management
- Identification and implementation of cost optimization actions
- Strategic planning of supplier cooperation and mapping of the supplier market
- Cooperation with company units in Poland and abroad
Requirements:
- Higher education (industry-specific education will be an asset)
- Several years of professional experience in the Purchasing Department or in negotiation processes with suppliers
- Knowledge of the logistics services market, with particular emphasis on vehicle logistics
- Knowledge of negotiation techniques and knowledge of the service procurement process
- Knowledge of English at least B2 level
- High communication competences
- Focus on achieving goals
- Ability to work under time pressure
- Ability to organize work and self-control
