Tasks:
- Active acquisition of new customers in Poland and the European Union
- Analysis of customer needs and matching the best service model
- Conducting sales negotiations
- After the implementation period, managing a team of IT consultants / recruiters
- Registration of sales activity in a dedicated solution - CRM system
Job requirements:
- At least two years of experience in selling services dedicated to business clients, in particular recruitment and / or event services
- The ability to conduct business talks both by phone and during meetings.
- The "can-do" approach - we are always looking for new solutions,
- Openness to communication with different people
- English min. B2
